Corrections come first
If a price, an opening time, a metro fare or a festival date on this site is wrong, that is the most useful message you can send. Please include the page it appears on and, where you can, what the correct figure is and where you saw it. Corrections are checked against the source and the guide is updated, usually the same week.
Questions about a trip
Short, specific questions are welcome — whether the Hola Barcelona card is worth it for four days, whether Montserrat works as a half-day, that sort of thing. What this site cannot do is plan your holiday for you or act as a booking agent. It does not sell tickets, take reservations, or have any relationship with the operators mentioned in the guides, so it cannot chase a refund or change a booking on your behalf.
Businesses and venues
If you run a restaurant, museum, hotel or tour in Barcelona and something written about you here is out of date, get in touch and it will be fixed. Please note that mentions on this site cannot be bought: there is no advertorial, no sponsored listing and no paid placement, and pitches offering payment for coverage will not get a reply.
Press, permissions and syndication
For permission to quote or reproduce material from the site, or for anything to do with images and licensing, use the form and say what you would like to use and where. Short quotations with a link back do not need permission.
